Shipping of Orders

On receipt of your order we will always do our best to dispatch immediately so that subject to the postal service your goods should be received within 2-3 days of placing the order, however it will always be within a maximum of 72 hours.

Shipping Information Required

In order to process your order we will need your credit card number and expiry date, the name of the recipient, full address and postal code, any message you may wish us to include if the Chocolates are a gift, also we will need your e-mail address and your telephone number whilst not essential it is most useful should there be any queries relating to your order.

We are very mindful that all our customers have the comfort and feel secure and safe by using there credit cards to purchase our goods on line and to that end we confirm that we process all credit card transactions in a totally secure and safe way in line with the guidelines set out and provided by our acquiring bank HSBC regarding credit card security and data management.

VAT

Caragh Chocolates operating from Channel Islands are not registered for VAT and all goods despatched are net of VAT.

Returns Policy

Our Chocolates are freshly made daily and we make every effort to ensure that only the highest standards are maintained and that our customers receive a fresh top quality product in perfect order. In the unlikely event there is a problem with our product providing they are returned to us within 28 days of purchase with written details of the problem then providing your complaint is valid and that there is a genuine problem with our product then we agree to replace the goods and reasonable postage costs.

Privacy

Caragh Chocolates understand the value of privacy and therefore we will only use your information to process your order and supply you with information about Caragh Chocolates. We will not and do not sell mailing lists to other Companies or individuals and will not divulge any of your personal details.

Please note that our Chocolates are entirely handmade and Chocolates are not always exactly the same in weight therefore the given weight of any box may vary slightly.
