Our History

We are one of the most successful businesses on Sark probably because our product is somewhat unique and we are not solely dependent on visitors coming to the island.

"Our business is not so much hard, as challenging," says owner and founder Caragh Coulridge.

Ingredients imported

"We've got some great products here, and obviously we have to import some of our ingredients from abroad by boat, but some of the dairy products we need we can get from farmers on the island.

"There are less people around in winter but word of mouth and advertising keeps us busy."

"It's a popular product and people want it all year round," she says.
